09.17.12 - Lavshuca, Maquillage, and T'estimo singles

Today's post is going to be of the Lavshuca Eyecolor singles, Maquillage and T'estimo singles. These are all the single Asian eyeshadows I have.

I believe the Lavshuca ones are discontinued, as I can't find any of them. I don't really know about the Maquillage or the T'estimo ones since they came with my order/swap. A lot of these I got in a Makeupalley swap, but others were purchased on eBay. I haven't really looked up the Maquillage or the T'estimo singles so that's why I don't really know ;P

We're going to talk about the Lavshuca ones first. Look at the amazing packaging! It's super duper cute!!! ^_^;

09.10.12 - Coffret D'or: Shine Accent Eyes 01

Today's Asian Cosmetic post hails from Japan. Kanebo's Coffret D'or's Accent Eyes in shade 01.

I believe I got this in 2005(?) in a swap on Makeupalley. From what I've read Coffret D'or is Kanebo's mid-range line, gearing towards women in their late teens - twenties. As their shades are quite colorful and shimmery.

Though the palette that I have is very neutral. ^_^;
 This is the palette. It's got a mirrored finish. As you can see, fingerprints show up easily! Though it looks very simple, it's still very elegant in a way.

08.28.12 - Jill Stuart Jelly Eye Color

I first heard about these from a Youtube beauty guru who only talks about Asian Cosmetics. She LOVED the Jill Stuart Jelly Eye Colors. I wanted to try out Jill Stuart Cosmetics  [link is for imomoko's site] anyway because they're packaged so beautifully! (Yeah, I know >_< Stupid reason LOL!) But if you look up Jill Stuart's Cosmetic line, you'll see that their products are quite expensive. O_o; On the level of high end brands like Dior, Chanel, Lancome, and etc.

So, I looked for them on Makeup Alley. I had just started going there because of another Youtuber [can't you tell I got into this because of Youtube?!] had recommended that site.

I found someone that was willing to swap one (split with two colors <--you'll see what I'm talking about soon) for another product of mine. Btw, this swap happened about 3 years ago :P So I really don't remember what I swapped for. Once I tried it out, I really loved it. And tried to find them.

Luckily, the Jelly Eye Colors are one of their cheaper products (cheaper meaning they're $29.99 <--when I purchased them back then. I think it's $39 now?). I had some extra money from birthdays and saving from work and such... so TAA DAA! Here they are. Like I said, these were purchased a few years ago..., so the packaging might be different now.
This is what the boxes look like. I don't know if you can see the embossed details. It's so beautiful...

- MAJOLICA MAJORCA JEWELING EYES GR780

Today's Asian eyeshadow palette will be the Majolica Majorca Jeweling Eyes in GR780

This quad isn't one of my super old purchases, nor is it a recent one. But it was out where I can grab it easily. I believe I've had this for 3 years(?) and I know they're still selling them (unlike the previous trio I posted about).

Everything was taken in indirect sunlight and swatched over UDPP.

Isn't the packaging gorgeous?!

08.22.12 - KANEBO LAVSHUCA NOBLE EYES PK-1

Since I haven't been purchasing much lately (good for my wallet ;P), I decided that I wanted to re-swatch my Asian cosmetics (once that's done, I'll figure out what else to do LOL). Plus, since I'm still playing around with my new camera... ^_^;;;

Unfortunately, the thing I wanted to do (label photos by writing with my drawing tablet)... failed, I just decided to post up the photos anyway. [The tablet was being weird. I think I have to re-install the driver :/]

I babble too much! :P Onto the actual post!!

 Now this is a Japanese drugstore brand called Lavshuca. This is the first Asian cosmetic product I had ever purchased. I mean, can't you see all the scratches and scuffs on the packaging? :P

Why can't our drugstore brands have adorable packaging like this?!
